Transparency & Confidentiality

Public Affairs Group has four principles that guide our work:

  • We are open and transparent in naming the client and interests we represent
  • We provide professional, reliable information and data
  • We avoid conflicts of interest between existing or prospective clients
  • We do not pay or provide hidden rewards in exchange for an expectation of coverage

Furthermore, we commit ourselves to professional confidentiality. That includes who we work for and which tasks we solve. Therefore, we do not use client references or client cases publicly or to third parties, unless it is expressly stated.

Regulatory Affairs and Lobbyism

Public Affairs Group provides legislative counselling based on a solid track record and well-documented consultancy concepts. We solve regulatory assignments according to clearly defined goals based on thorough research, well-grounded argumentation and detailed knowledge about political and administrative decision-making processes. Public Affairs Group operates in both national and European decision processes in order to ensure our clients the utmost influence wherever crucial decisions are being made.

The regulatory conditions for business are, to a great extent, being decided within the EU and, furthermore, in the field between Brussels and national parliaments. Founded on experience from both environments and a unique insight into national and European decision processes we assist businesses based on a combination of these competencies. Public Affairs Group is experienced in promoting clients' interests by establishing a dual pressure where European and national decision processes meet.
